Available in 14k gold (white gold polish), these earrings are crafted with precision and made to last. Lab-grown diamond versions are IGI-certified for quality and authenticity.

    After this period, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can continue to enjoy your jewellery for many years ahead.

    Polishing

    If your jewellery begins to lose its colour or shine over time, we’ll be happy to polish it for you for a small fee to restore its original finish.

    Resizing

    Most of our jewellery can be resized up to two sizes larger or smaller than the original.
    Please note that some intricate or full-band designs cannot be resized. If you’re unsure, please contact us and will be happy to advise before you send your piece back.

    Repairs

    Whenever possible, we’ll repair your jewellery and return it to you as good as new.
    If repair isn’t possible and your piece is still within the 12-month warranty, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit of equal value.

    Exclusions

    Our 12-month warranty does not cover:

    • Gifts with purchase

    • General wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or theft

    We offer a flat rate delivery service across the UK, so you always know exactly what to expect.

      Delivered next working day once the item is ready.

    International Delivery

    We currently ship to select international destinations including the US and Europe
    International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15, with delivery typically within 5–10 working days, depending on location.

    Free UK & US Returns

    We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on all eligible items.

    Refunds are credited to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

    • Bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
